Cameron J. Siggs is a seasoned trial attorney whose multidisciplinary litigation background spans family law, civil litigation, construction disputes, and criminal law. Siggs brings a formidable presence to the courtroom, having tried over 150 jury trials throughout his career, testament to his confidence, preparation, and command under pressure. His early work as an Assistant State Attorney in Florida’s 20th Judicial Circuit honed his courtroom advocacy across all five counties, while his subsequent transition to private practice broadened his reach into first-party insurance litigation and complex civil matters. For the past five years, Cameron has concentrated his practice on family law, compassionately guiding clients through high-stakes divorce, custody, paternity, and child support matters. He combines sharp litigation instincts with a steady hand to deliver strong results in emotionally charged legal terrain.

A third-generation Floridian, Cameron’s upbringing in Southwest Florida shaped a deep connection to the community he now serves as a legal advocate. His professional journey began in public service, prosecuting a wide range of criminal cases and mastering trial practice under the pressure of state courtrooms. He then pivoted to representing homeowners in disputes with insurance carriers, gaining a nuanced understanding of plaintiff-side litigation and insurer strategies. Today, Cameron’s practice is rooted in client-centered advocacy, particularly in family law where he balances firm litigation strategy with the empathy needed for deeply personal matters. His breadth of litigation experience—spanning criminal, civil, and family law—makes him a well-rounded and adaptable advocate.

Cameron earned both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Florida, proudly holding the distinction of a “Double Gator.” He completed his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science before attending the University of Florida’s Fredric G. Levin College of Law.
