Camille McBride, Esq.

Camille R. McBride concentrates on Marital and Family Law—divorce, equitable distribution, custody, support, and domestic-violence injunctions—alongside consumer bankruptcy, debt-defense, contract, and select immigration matters. Her early work on the defense side of workers’-compensation and employment disputes gives her uncommon insight into insurer strategy, sharpening her advocacy for individual clients.

With more than two decades in practice, Ms. McBride has handled cases from both defense and plaintiff perspectives, ultimately devoting her career to helping individuals and families navigate pivotal life transitions. Ms. McBride earned her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law in 1995, where she served in the Appellate Litigation Clinic. She later completed a Master of Health Care Administration and a Master of Business Administration to deepen her managerial and regulatory insight. Earlier, she received a Master of Science in Education with a concentration in English from Queens College (CUNY) and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Baruch College (CUNY).

She is admitted to practice law in Florida, the District of Columbia, and Maryland, and regularly appears in state and federal forums within those jurisdictions.
