Joshua E. Rhea is a versatile litigator whose practice spans family law, complex commercial litigation, and construction-defect matters. Rhea drives cases from first consult through trial—drafting strategic pleadings, steering discovery, and advocating in mediations, depositions, hearings, and jury trials. Earlier roles with respected Florida firms refined niche strengths in first-party property claims and construction defense for developers, general contractors, and subcontractors, giving him a 360-degree view of the construction industry’s legal challenges. Having personally managed more than sixty family-law and business-dispute matters in solo practice, Mr. Rhea blends courtroom acuity with pragmatic problem-solving that consistently secures favorable outcomes.

Joshua’s career reflects both entrepreneurial initiative and diverse frontline experience. Rhea has built a reputation for diligent representation in family, business, civil, and criminal matters while overseeing every operational aspect of the practice. Subsequent tenures with regional and national litigation boutiques exposed him to high-stakes construction and personal-injury defense, and leadership posts in construction services— ranging from senior field technician to owner-operator of a subcontracting company—equip him with first-hand insight into the technical and business realities of the trades he now protects in court. Admitted to the Florida Bar in 2012, he presently serves clients statewide from Orlando.

Joshua earned his Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in January 2012, following a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Grand Valley State University in 2007.

Rhea has been admitted to the Florida Bar since 2012 and currently represents clients across the state.
