Expertise
Joshua E. Rhea is a versatile litigator whose practice spans family law, complex commercial litigation, and construction-defect matters. Rhea drives cases from first consult through trial—drafting strategic pleadings, steering discovery, and advocating in mediations, depositions, hearings, and jury trials. Earlier roles with respected Florida firms refined niche strengths in first-party property claims and construction defense for developers, general contractors, and subcontractors, giving him a 360-degree view of the construction industry’s legal challenges. Having personally managed more than sixty family-law and business-dispute matters in solo practice, Mr. Rhea blends courtroom acuity with pragmatic problem-solving that consistently secures favorable outcomes.
Background
Joshua’s career reflects both entrepreneurial initiative and diverse frontline experience. Rhea has built a reputation for diligent representation in family, business, civil, and criminal matters while overseeing every operational aspect of the practice. Admitted to the Florida Bar in 2012, he presently serves clients statewide from Orlando.
