Expertise
Lindsey Wilson concentrates her practice on all facets of family law, with a special commitment to cases involving domestic violence and sexual-assault survivors. Drawing on more than a decade of hands-on experience as a family-law paralegal—and four additional years in criminal defense—she brings uncommon procedural insight to client matters. Since being admitted to the bar in 2018, Lindsey has become known for meticulous case preparation, clear-eyed risk assessment, and a results-oriented style that prioritizes negotiated solutions whenever they serve a client’s best interests.
Background
Adopted at birth along with her brother, Lindsey’s personal story fuels her dedication to families in transition. Before law school she worked full-time as a paralegal, giving her an early—and enduring—appreciation for the human side of legal conflicts. While earning her law degree she was elected President of the Veterans Law Students Association and sat on the school’s Judicial Board, all while maintaining full-time employment. In her final year she interned with Denton County Friends of the Family, assisting in litigation on behalf of violence survivors—experience that continues to inform her victim-centered advocacy today.
Education
Lindsey earned her Juris Doctor in 2018, completing her studies while working full-time and leading multiple student organizations. Her legal education emphasized family-law practice and trauma-informed representation.
