Mathew Law Group Client Care SMS
Terms governing non-marketing text messages for intake, scheduling, appointments, and client service.
Last updated July 10, 2026The Mathew Law Group Client Care SMS program is operated by Mathew Law Group, PLLC. It provides two-way, non-marketing text communications for prospective and existing clients.
Messages may concern inquiry follow-up, basic intake and routing, conflict-check information requests, consultation scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, requests to use a secure document portal, and non-substantive client-service updates.
The program is not used for purchased lists, cold outreach, affiliate marketing, or third-party promotional messages.
You may enroll or authorize text communication by:
You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and are authorized to consent to text messages at that number. If the number changes or is reassigned, you agree to notify us or opt out.
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, appointments, and interactions with the firm. The program is conversational and does not have a fixed number of messages.
Message and data rates may apply. Mathew Law Group does not charge a separate fee for the SMS program, but your mobile carrier's charges may apply.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier availability, device compatibility, network conditions, and other factors outside our control.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. You will receive a confirmation and no further program messages unless you opt in again. Reply START to re-enroll.
Reply HELP or INFO for assistance. You may also call (800) 877-3900 or email info@mathew.law.
Stopping text messages does not prevent the firm from communicating through non-SMS methods when permitted or required, including email, telephone, mail, court notices, or a secure client portal.
An artificial-intelligence program may assist with routine intake, scheduling, routing, and client-service messages under firm supervision. The AI program is not a lawyer or employee of Mathew Law Group, cannot provide legal advice, cannot make conflict or representation decisions, and cannot bind the firm.
You may request firm personnel at any time by replying HUMAN or calling the firm. Communications involving legal advice, case strategy, urgent deadlines, safety issues, or other substantive legal matters will be directed to firm personnel.
Texting with Mathew Law Group, submitting an inquiry, or receiving an automated response does not create an attorney-client relationship and does not mean the firm has accepted your matter. Representation begins only after the firm completes its review and accepts a written engagement.
Do not rely on SMS for emergencies, arrests, threats to safety, court appearances, filing deadlines, limitation periods, or other time-sensitive matters. Call 911 when appropriate and contact the firm directly.
SMS is not intended for Social Security numbers, payment-card or bank information, passwords, medical records, government-identification images, privileged documents, or other highly sensitive information. Use a secure channel provided by the firm when requested.
We do not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in data or consent status with third parties for their own marketing. We may provide information to telecommunications, hosting, security, AI, and other service providers as reasonably necessary to operate the program, subject to appropriate limitations.
For more information about collection, use, sharing, security, retention, and AI-assisted communication, review our Privacy Policy.
We may modify or discontinue the program or these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date will be revised. Continued participation after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, subject to applicable law.
